1. No Refunds
Double-check all details before making payment. All sales are final with no refunds under any circumstances.
2. Order Processing Time
Between 1 minute and 3 hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or network maintenance.

4. Data Validity
Data lasts 3 months and rolls over with your next purchase. No data wastage with our rollover system.
5. Weekend Service
We operate on Saturdays and Sundays. Full service availability 7 days a week for your convenience.
6. Join our official WhatsApp channel to receive updates, promotions, and important service announcements.
7. Do not advertise our products on social media. Share privately with friends or family only. Violation results in service denial.
8. Do not pay for a plan and then contact the telecom provider for a reversal. You will be denied service permanently.
9. Never use our brand name to promote groups, schemes, or personal programs. Legal action may be taken.
10. Always notify us once your data has been received. This helps us track delivery and improve service quality.
11. Orders are final—no cancellations, no corrections, and no refunds after processing begins. Double-check before ordering.
12. When referring friends, use only our official website or Linktree URL. This ensures authentic service delivery.
13. Data delivery is not instant. It may take up to 1 hour or more during high traffic periods. Please be patient.
14. Avoid buying data for SIMs with borrowed airtime or data—they may forfeit the bundle automatically without recovery.
We do not provide services for the following SIM card types. No refunds will be issued:
